Why is Kumari Fulbright an Infamous Hottie?
In order to be considered an Infamous Hottie, a woman needs to fulfill two criteria. She needs to have been involved in a situation that created infamy, and she needs to be hot. There's not much to understand there, it isn't rocket science. Now, if you took a look at the mugshot of Kumari Fulbright at the top of the page, you might be wondering why she's here. After allegedly kidnapping her boyfriend, torturing him for 10 hours, robbing him of cash and a cell phone, and generally acting like a crazed lunatic, I think we can agree that we have the Infamous part down.
